avoid stress
For people who don’t know where to start and who cannot identify their source of stress, it would be good to have a stress journal or have a good friend they can talk to—someone who is not biased and who can give them advice on how to start thinking more positively. Find healthy ways to cope with stress. Avoid smoking or drinking too much. Although these provide temporary relief, they are not the best solution if you are aiming for good health. Overeating or seeing food as the solution to the problem would also just worsen the condition; so does under eating. The key is to learn to balance one’s life and to find ways to stay active without zoning out other needs.
